THCA
THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is the non-psychoactive precursor to THC found in raw, unheated cannabis. When cannabis is smoked, vaped, or baked (decarboxylation), THCA converts to active THC. Raw THCA is being studied for potential anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, and anti-nausea properties. Some consumers juice raw cannabis to consume THCA without the psychoactive effects of THC.
