Essential Job Functions

Responsible for greeting guests at the door.
Informs guests of specials and all pertinent information regarding their experience.
Develops and maintains office forms and procedures, and assists with administrative tasks.
Answers central telephone system and directs calls accordingly.
Receives the public and answers questions, in person, electronically and by telephone; responds to inquiries from employees, citizens and others and refers, when necessary, to the appropriate person, official or department.
Ensures functionality of office machines and operates them as required.
Prepares outgoing mail; sorts and distributes incoming mail.
Duplicates and distributes materials.
Composes, types and edits necessary responses and customer outreach with the approval from management
Assists the public with the use of department facilities.
Maintains office supply inventory.
Frequent upkeep of specific social media and outreach platforms
Executes delivery orders during 12pm-8pm

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time or part-time position. Weekend and holidays are expected to be worked. Typical work days and hours are between Monday through Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 pm Schedules are subject to change.
Required Education and Experience
Graduation from high school or GED equivalent with specialized course work in general office practices such as typing, filing, accounting and bookkeeping.
Preferred Education and Experience
Office management skills
40+ wpm typing ability
