Compliance is the difference between keeping your license (and your shop’s license) and not. This 4-lesson course covers the four pillars of behind-the-counter compliance: what you can and can’t say, ID checks and purchase limits, cash and security basics, and when to refuse or escalate a sale.
State rules vary significantly. This course covers the universal principles and flags what’s state-specific so you know when to check your state’s specific guidance.
