In the SoCal area. Brian was super observant and thorough in checking our home, explaining with full transparency what they could and couldn’t do based on our home construction. We had others come by and they were not as upfront, making promises they couldn’t deliver. Brian demonstrates transparency and integrity, and I would totally recommend this company based off our experience with him.

Extremely pleased with the quality of services provided by Ethan and his team when they came out to do an attic clean out and sanitation at our new home. Great team and service provided and highly recommend them.

Come home to our house being broken into , they cut the ring camera and took only specific things that they could’ve seen during the walk through. They stated they came back to “reseal” the tent but somehow never noticed it was “broken” into. They used our empty trash can to carry stuff to not look suspicious (I’m assuming because it’s missing) Forsure was an inside job . DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

Tented my nieghbors house, needed access in my side yard. Broke a hose bib, did not tell me. Turned the water off to the hose bib, did not tell me. They tried to fix it, did not tell me. I get home see the mess they made, turn on the water and the repair leaks. I fixed it. Call them and never get a call back. I will never use them.

My HOA and I were very disappointed in Quality Pest Services in 2021. Alan Springer from Springer Termite Solutions referred us to QPS for termite fumigation. In the process, they broke our neighbor's window and destroyed one of our gutters. They refused to replace the gutter, despite video proof. Anyway, that's not the worst of it. The fumigation didn't work! The next year, we found reproductive termites on our chimneys (which are very high up so they couldn't have come from anywhere else). For those who don't know, reproductive termites only come out when a colony has been there for 5+ yrs. So that means they weren't killed in the fumigation. When we asked someone to come and spray the chimneys, there was constant finger pointing between them and Alan, with them needing him to be there to confirm. After a month and half, a rep from QPS and Alan finally came out.  By that time, who knows how many more the termites spread.. Anyway, it was impossible to get either party to take accountability and they refused despite proof. Eventually we had to complete a big expensive chimney wood removal project because the fumigation didn't kill the termites. DO NOT hire Quality Pest Services or Springer Termite Solutions / Alan Springer, unless you want to damage your building for an ineffective and wildly expensive fumigation.
