From the front desk staff to everyone we communicated and came in contact with at this office was such a pleasant experience. Everyone is so kind, professional, and the doctor really took the time to listen to all concerns without rushing. So thankful for this place.

I can't begin to fathom the negative reviews, that I saw on this sight. Dr. Percival has been my doctor ever since he took over Dr. Quinn's practice. I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Percival. He is one of the best diagnosticians I have ever come across. He always seems to be correct, when he gathers your symptoms & he always refers you to the right specialist, who diagnosis you & confirms Dr''. P's suspicions. He is one of the most thorough & competent doctors I have ever come across. A+++ from me.

I'm trying to call at 11:45 because if my work schedule.... won't answer the phone. You don't close for lunch until 12. Change your hours on line then. Yout people just Hung up on me 5 times. No answer. Just disconnected. *called again today. 1st one, hung up on me. Second one she was talking about being seen for something on my elbow. What?! I asked her what but she was talking, maybe to another person? Anyhow... I think I'm done here. I can go out of town. I'm 50 and have arthritis and asked her if she could write a note saying my heavy lifting at work should be limited and she refused. Said I had to go to workers comp FOR MY WORK! I'm not gonna sacrifice care for a short drive time

Both doctors here are good... as long as you are not sick. My kid had an intense ear ache and the office said they couldn't see the child because the kid had symptoms of an ear ache. Yes! That is right! Because the kid had symptoms of an ear ache, the child could not go to the doctor's office. The office offered to set up a phone call 6 hours later for a non-refundable $80 charge. What are they going to do? Ask the kid if their ear hurts, then tell me the child has an ear ache, and encourage me to take them to another doctor that will see them in person. Insanity! Time for a new doctor.

1/10/23 Do not go here . I’ve been charged twice and paid with a check and told until I pay it again I can not be seen , as they said they never got my payment. Funny I paid the office assistant directly when I was in the office . Not long after my bank was hit with identity theft. I called and it Took 7 days to be Booked for this doctors appointment. Only to not be seen due to power outrage. I’ve been in pain with earache for 10 days No compassion for people in need of medical help. So unprofessional. Plus they don’t have a regular office charge They bill the maximum and still charge you additional money to pay out of pocket on top of Medicare and blue cross .. Dont you know that This isn’t Hollywood?? It’s Hollister ! Wow! Do your homework finding good medical care. You might have to travel 50 miles to go see a doctor who is eager to help.
