According to AI, David Matthews, the CEO of LAF receives $800K annual salary plus undisclosed add’l compensation. The company’s real estate holdings given their location proximity to freeways is in the hundreds of millions if not billions. Meanwhile, the pool at this location is regularly closed and repairs on the pool, jacuzzi and sauna take weeks. Currently the men’s sauna has been closed over a month. Also, if you know LA, you know that all clubs between the 405 freeway and the City of Ventura are Signature and require premium fees to use. That’s over a forty mile stretch. This forty mile stretch is more affluent and white than other areas LAF serves. This is an elitist, bigoted organization in my opinion, enriching their own, pandering to racial and financial prejudice, and leaving members without services they are contractually obligated as advertised to provide. The staff at this location, and most others around LA, are great, hard-working, personable and valuable. It’s a shame that LAF, like so many other American corporations, is morally and ethically compromised by greed and legalese that lets them operate at far less than the best interest and needs of their clients.

I just wanna say thank you for going the extra mile from the manager, Gatsby and Membership manager Nick. They should keep the trophy for the number one LA fitness branch or wants to come. I had a problem where I left my cell phone and they were so kind to allow me to make a call from there phones and even Gatsby Let me use your cell phone. Great basketball gym just a great group of people that come to this gym but all starts with management Employee setting the tone. Thank you, Northridge LA fitness you are the north star in the business.

Shout out to Ru! Just had a very great session with him! I am definitely going to be sore for a couple of days. He was able to give me good insight into my fitness journey and give me some. He was also very relatable and it was easy to be open and honest with him about my goals and insecurities, which isn’t easy to do after having a baby. The service and the skill was 100% amazing!

I’ve been working with Jonny at the Northridge–Devonshire LA Fitness, and he’s truly one of the best! He’s professional, encouraging, and really knows how to keep you motivated during every session. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping you reach your goals. The gym feels more positive and welcoming because of him. Highly recommend asking for Jonny if you want results and great energy every workout!

Its clean and neat Only problem was the person who handles customers who is bold head, middle aged, wouldn't introduce himself. Was so rude n unprofessional. I am new in town checking out local gyms, trynna figure out which ones gonna right for me. I was interested to an membership but his aura and how he behaved just lost my interest. Anyhow its just my experience. CRUNCH fitness is crossed the street its alive energetic employees are nicer. My choice is CRUNCH FITNESS..
