Had a great experience here as someone coming from a place with no dispensaries!! Thalia was super friendly and helpful, very patient while I figured out what I wanted and could afford. Never once felt judged or rushed, highly recommend!!

SCAM !!! I left my debit card in your store about two weeks ago and then flew out of town. When I came back, I asked if your staff had found my card. They said no, but asked, “You did block it, right?” and explained how to do it. Immediately after that, $200 was withdrawn from my account. This transaction is visible in my banking app, but the bank cannot see it yet. Your staff handles many customers’ cards, so please be careful — there are scammers working there. I used to shop at your store often, but you are losing customers because of employees like this.

I live literally down the street from this place and still, I go out of my way to avoid because: -They charge 2x as much as others. -The manager (black haired woman) is very rude. I understand that people have bad days, but this is a consistent experience. I just had my change slammed down on the counter coins going everywhere because they were about to close. -Shop at Catalyst and tell me I didn’t just save you a ton of money and got you way higher. Someone disagree here?

I will never buy from here again. I’ve been here about 3-4 times. Every experience was great until my last purchase. I bought the Camino Sparkling Pear for the second time and this batch I got had powder substance and brown spots on them. I went back to exchange them and show her what they looked like. She didn’t even look at them just asked me to close them and hand them to her. She read the outside date which said packaged 4/23/25 and said it could be cbd oil but didn’t say anything about the powdery substance, then told me she’ll call the manager. I was waiting 10 minutes, she came back asked for my id and receipt after she just said she remembered me from the night before, then 5 more minutes later came back to tell me the same thing “ she can’t refund”. I asked the security for an exchange not a refund and they still said no exchanges. I will never spend my money here again. They make no accommodations, if they give you a bad batch you just lose your money. Never recommending this place again.
