Mahari was very helpful and probably the best shoe fitter I have ever worked with. He was able to walk me through a variety of different shoe types to identify my desired cushion level, responsiveness and support until I found a pair that was perfect for me. I would highly recommend working with Mahari and asking for him. He seemed very knowledgeable annd competent, and was able to immediately identify shoes based on the features I described felt best from the ones he had me test.

Yesterday my bestie & I went to the Berkeley, CA RR store. We were in need of new running shoes. We worked with a young man named Joey. Joey provided the best experience, customer service & knowledge we have received while shopping in a long time. It was my besties first time getting a proper shoe assessment. It was great! I have bought shoes at this location before. The experience is always great. Stock is always on point & customer service is superb!

I always have a great experience with the staff support at Runners World. My family all have different needs. The staff are super informative, kind and patient with questions about need and fit. This is the only place from which I choose to purchase our exercise shoes. The VIP program also gives you a % cash back on all purchases to apply to your next purchase. Overall, a really great store that I am happy to support and will come back again!
