I'm changing my review to a more favorable review to four Star. I have received a callback and the woman I spoke with was very pleasant and explained everything clearly to me. They have not received my application from SCE and expect it this week or next. If you can get through, they are very pleasant and cooperative. I have made upward of 5 calls to their published number. Each time. Regardless of the extension I was transferred to a mailbox all of which were full and couldn't leave a message. I would suggest that the employees empty their mailboxes. After multiple try I was able to get a mailbox in which I could leave a callback number. Now it remains to be seem if I do, in fact, receive a callback.

Too bad you still have to rate 1 star because if it was possible to rate 0, I would. I have been trying to reach someone via phone but it just keeps ringing or it won't ring at all and go straight to voicemail. This is by far one of the worst services I have ever had the displeasure of being referred to. SCE seriously needs to vet these companies before sending their paying customers over to them. An inspector came 11/3/25, did what he had to do, said they'd be in touch after 30-42 days but I have heard nothing from them. Edit: The company did end up reaching out to me and fixing the issues I had, promptly and professionally, they did explain to me the reason for the delays. Overall they did a great job taking care of what needed to be done. I'd like to thank Elizabeth and her team of technicians for taking this serious and helping me out.

Application submitted on 11/3 and approved by SCE. They never respond for 2 months, trying to call them more than 20 times and left message but no one answered or call back. Very disappointed. My project approved by SCE. How you can say not approved??

Overall, a waste of time. They do not seem to know what they are doing. I will reach out to SCE with appropriate feedback and ask for another company to assess our home again. I do not recommend this company for the ESA program. They also stopped responding to questions once you are deemed "not approved".

I am trying to use the Critical Care Backup Battery program I qualify for and this company was assigned to me by SCE. Its been 3 weeks with no call back. I left a message each time I call with a request to leave a message on my voicemail in case I dont answer. I dont answer any calls that say potential span or unknown caller. I need support for a Critical Care device I use at home and hit a wall every time I try to communicate. I cant get a human to talk to me at Green Energy Solutions. I will have to go back to SCE and complain.
