Ruthless Extracts

Have been hooked on their liquid since my other place went out of business. Something has drastically changed, all of the liquids have a menthol flavor now. Not just the "on ice" branding, which makes them not even match the old flavor profiles. They are overly sugary and menthol flavored and burn through coils quick. I have sent them messages and received no response.

After an issue I had with some juice I bought, I reached out to the customer care center and Madison was able to correct the issue. I received free replacement product and free merch to go with it. Always respect a company that admits mistakes and works to resolve the issue. That's why it's the only juice I vape. Thanks Madison and everyone at Ruthless Vapor!

I love all their juices great selection. The only thing I'm not happy with is not able to go down south anymore & get my supply due to the government!! Staff was always great,service,juices & their tremendous out of this world customer service. Between this crew & Ontario smoke shop #1! The rest dump them🤟🤙

As someone working in the food production industry I can appreciate what goes into good quality manufacturing processes and based on the content posted on their site they take great care to ensure high quality product. And the flavor is the best cereal flavor I've tried so far!

Haven't been in store, but met with a team of great people at the CVE (Canadian Vape Expo) in Edmonton. Solid brand, full of flavor. Especially liked the strawberry filled donut. I'll definitely be pushing my local shop to bring in their product!
