I have used their services multiple times and they’re quick and efficient. Their site is easy to navigate around, they’re quick to action requests and I’ve experienced no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend.

- Reliable and smooth service! - I used Planet Express to ship a package to Switzerland and I was a bit skeptical at first, since it was my first time using this service. However, the experience turned out to be very positive: the package arrived safely and on time. Planet Express shipped my package on January 6th, and it was delivered on January 20th, fully within the estimated timeframe — even a few days earlier than expected. The service was clear, well organized, and reliable. I’ve now gained confidence in Planet Express and will definitely use it again for future shipments. Highly recommended!

The rates they get are not significantly cheaper than walking into a FedEx office. All the claims that they make about getting great rates are completely false. Seriously, I get much better rates with my personal FedEx account. I use it less than once a month. Product (one of their auctions) was packaged extremely poorly and arrived with undisclosed damage that appears to have happened prior to shipment. Some online retailers will not ship to their address, which may or may not be resolved using the "shop for me" option. You have to pay them up front for the cost, plus a service fee, plus a percentage to find out. And then you get to find out the actual cost of delivery to you once they receive it. Overall I can't recommend them unless you absolutely require package forwarding and are fine paying a tremendous amount of money for it. Every service they offer costs more than it should. Finally, they don't offer an option to just charge a card on file. Everything requires topping up a sort of virtual wallet.

I've used the Torrance location to forward my purchases 3 times on 3 different occasions and so far, I could genuinely say that I've received my packages, as well as every content of the package. I can't comment on their past operations since I had no knowledge of their company's existence during those years, but thus far, their current operations seem to be handling my parcels correctly. Keep up the equitable service Planet Express!
