I had such an amazing experience at Bloom Room Floral Studio! The gentleman who helped me, Alex, was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He listened to exactly what I wanted, made thoughtful suggestions, and created an arrangement that was even more beautiful than I imagined. The studio itself is gorgeous, the flowers are fresh and high-quality, and the customer service is unmatched. Alex made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. One of my boyfriends made me terribly upset because he forgot to open my car door so I refused to talk to him or acknowledge his presence so he bought me a gorgeous bouquet of roses from Bloom Room. These were the most well preserved and longest lasting bouquet of roses I have ever received. This is also a small woman owned family business that operates with a beating heart. They truly care about their clients and the quality of their products and services. When one of my boyfriends pops the question I will definitely have them design my wedding. These flowers will make you feel like a princess. I will be getting upset at my boyfriends more often if it means more Bloom Room bouquets!

I had to purchase a sympathy wreath super last minute and I didn’t have much information of the funueral service so I decided to not purchase the wreath. The morning of the funeral I got a phone call from Alex at Bloom Room and he went out of his way to call the cemetery and get information for the service. He was super helpful and efficient.
