BudEx Delivery

The name should be changed to the Worst Delivery. I had a pergola delivered to my house and the box looked like it went to hell and back. I told the driver that the box was damaged and I refused to accept the delivery. He just walked away, leaving the product on my driveway. I called the company to complain and no one ever called me back.

Best Delivery is great. They have been helping us out with local full truckloads multiple times a week for years.Craig in dispatch is great to work with and is always very accommodating. All the drivers are very professional and efficient when delivering to customers, Ricardo in particular. They show up on time and are in/out quickly both here and at the delivery location. We have nothing but good things to say about Best and have enjoyed working with them over the years.

Best truly is the best. They take care of everything that we need and their communicate is amazing. Craig, specifically, is the man. He always answers my calls and responds to everything quickly. 10/10 would recommend!

I am one of those guys who procrastinates and does stuff at the last minute and BEST always accommodates me, the least I can do is sing their praises. I have used Best for Warehousing and Trucking for nearly 13 years. All of my experiences have been positive. Office staff is very friendly and helpful, in particular Norm, Craig and Anastasia. It's nice to work with companies that continue to grow but don't lose that mom and pop, customer service attitude. Keep up the hard work guys!
