Customer service is horrible front desk lady answers phone says she will transfer you and hangs up. Then u call back and other lady answers and is backing up her co workers mistakes. So sad this is people's life's we call cause we need the help to be treated in such a poor way is disgusting go read a book on customer service communication skills .

I went for my sleep study and was met with the most caring staff. My technician Jaylynn was attentive, patient and explained to me everything. She answered all of my questions and took great care of me. I would give it 5 stars but it took months for the morning staff to return calls. My neurologist had to send an email just to get their attention.

The nighttime staff was great; I felt very comfortable and they were very accommodating. Day time staff was a different story. They barely answer their phones. You can tell they are doing the bare minimum. When I did get a call back about my request to send the sleep study to the ENT rather the the PCP they flat out refused and then hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional

Alliant Sleep Centers in Riverside would never answer their phones, mailbox was always full-didn't return calls either when it wasn't full, so IEHP sent me here. Thinisha was able to get me a same day appt due to a cancellation. Kayleen greeted me at the door and took me to room 3. While she was hooking me up, I mentioned I was moving to Big Bear soon. She is a lifelong mountain resident and gave the 411 on mountain living. She is such a sweetheart and made it a truly wonderful experience. The whole appt took just over 9 hrs, from 8 pm to 5:15 am.
