For Christmas, I wanted to get bags for our family members with their names embroidered on the side in my 4 year old’s handwriting. RNF ENT had it done and turned around perfectly in 24 hours for a very reasonable price. Couldn’t be happier!

He was very knowledgeable about thread color and size to perfectly fit the stole. I got my name major and graduation year and was really happy with how much he knew on the subject, I came in clueless and he helped guide me. Unfortunately the stitching on my name and major felt like it came out really messy—if you zoom in on the picture you can see all the imperfections. I asked him to fix some and he did without complaint which was really nice, but it just feels like an overall issue with the stitching that makes it messy. It was $65 so I was hoping for a bit neater, but overall he was great and it was very convenient being able to show up and have him do everything while I was there. From a distance you don’t notice the imperfections.

Akail communicated and took his time until the final result was perfect! People have lost the style of great customer service, but not this company! I recommend him 10 folds!
