There is parking in front of the gate where you can wait for your appointment or take a break.

First of all do not go to the guard shack before 2330. They will take your info but turn you back around. My experience wasn’t that bad. Checked in paid lumper paperwork in hands in just over two hours. I’ll live with that!

Always the same 5-6 hours of unloading no matter what everytime they will make you miss your next pickup appointment. Security guard is nice and check in office staff is nice too but unloaders are very slow.

Not bad if you have dry load ..took 3 hours for 2 am appointment ..they have plenty of parking if you came early

Be ready to spend 8-10hr here for a on time delivery with appointment. If you are late or early, forget about it. First you have to park across the street and walk to check in at the guard shack. Then go back to the truck and they call you within about 1hr after your app time to give you a door. Back to the door and go to the receiver to give them paperwork about 30min wait to get in. Then wait in the truck until they done unloading about 2-5hr. Then they will kick you out of the door to the same place across the street and you wait about 2-4hr for your lumper fee. Than you come back and drop the payment check to the lumper services door 56, about 30min wait to get in. And about 1hr to process your payment. If you follow these steps it is less likely to spend more the 8hr here. Hopefully it will help someone. And of course Capstone logistics are going to be your lumper! Have to cancel a load because I been here for 7hr. Make sure you don’t get any load the same day you deliver here. I’m sure all 5 star reviews are fake. Only good thing about delivering here is a huge dirt lot with plenty of space to park your truck any time of the day and food truck comes 2 times a day with hot food and coffee.
