Honestly, i love the brand and bought over 50 items over the years, but I WILL NOT BUY ONE MORE ITEM ! Even though i like it. The customer service is crap. I got a pair of sweats for Christmas as a giftt since everyone know i was a big fan… it was the wrong size and they make it impossible to to exchange it if is even 1 day pass the 30 days… i guess if you get busy and you can’t make it to the mall in time, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! Unprofessional staff that laugh at you on the way out…im sure they lose a lot of business based on their staff and business model.
Store makes me sad. All of the psycho bunny stores do. I can't imagine how they stay in business. I like the colors and I like the quality, but the prices are just ridiculously over the top. A 30% off sale on a standard polo shirt brings it down to around $80. I just can't imagine why?
We love the quality of all the clothing, I love my sweatshirts they are so warm and cozy, and the material of the shirts feel like such a great quality, we love them all! We can say honestly say besides all the amazing clothes, the men shoes (slides) are hard as a rock and not comfortable to wear and unfortunately they do run larger than normal size. Otherwise, everything else so far has been very comfortable and we will continue to wear Psycho Bunny 🐰☠️Bonus tip, sign up for their text alerts to get notifications on sale items! Enjoy
