Do NOT use alpha!!! I would go to Nurx instead, they are much better. Alpha only allows you to use your medical insurance on a select few medications, there are many medications that are normally covered by insurance but yet they make you pay full price here. For instance, dermatology medications that are normally covered by my insurance, they would not allow me to use my insurance, and forced me to pay full price. Not only did they charge me $140 for medications without prior consent, the doctor did not go over the cost with me or let me know they wouldn't be using my insurance. I out of nowhere got $140 taken from my checking account without notice, and again without the doctor even telling me the cost or asking if it was okay to place the order. Since the order went through I have sent several messages to cancel the order and to get a refund to no avail. There is no customer service phone number, and they take days to get back to you through messenger. The website says that if you cancel an order within two business days of placing it, that you can get a refund, so I better get one, or I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They basically placed an order without my consent or permission, and since the same hour it was placed, all I've been doing is trying to cancel the order and get my money back. Don't get medical care from alpha, whatever you do!!!!

Complete trash service. First shipment was fine like everyone else. After that, impossible to contact and get my second order in. Unable to get any message through to my doctor. Ive requested a renewal 5 times in the past 2 months. Ive now been without meds for 1.5 months. They dont answer the phone. Scam dog water company.

I started using the service and in the beginning it was decent. Not even good just decent. they say they will give you a response within 24 hours it’s usually more like three days, you pay a fee on the day of your “doctor visit“ don’t expect your doctor visit to be done or have your questions answered all in one day again it’ll take them about three days to finish up a “doctor visit“even though you paid for a doctor visit on that day. I had accidentally updated my weight, making it look like I lost 40 pounds in two weeks. The “doctor” was not concerned about that and was more concerned about giving me a snarky answer when I asked where that number had came from. They are definitely more about getting your money than helping you. They say they write new scripts and they send them to your pharmacy but multiple times they are sent to the wrong pharmacy ( or just not written at all)and then AGAIN resolving this issue is going to take at least 3 days. No actual number to call or people to talk to and with all the hassle it is not worth it. If you’re looking for a online doctor like these I 100-% recommend Push Health. I will be switching after 5 months of getting a run around from Alpha. This company is a joke.

I've been using this company all of three months and it has been the absolute worse experience. First month was fine, received my prescription in a timely fashion. Second month received an email stating it would be sent out in 72 hours, it sent out 5 days later. This past month same email and it didn't send out until 8 days after that email. A prescription I need to take daily at the same time and I won't be receiving it until 4 days after my previous one is gone. Completely unacceptable. Do not use this service.

Do NOT use Alpha! They take days at a time to respond to every message you send. A normal conversation takes a week when each rep takes over a day to answer you! They will lie about your insurance saying you don't have coverage to get you to "cash pay". Then if you try to transfer to another pharmacy that can confirm your insurance they make up reasons to not approve the prescription. This place is a joke. Please do NOT use them. It's been over a month dealing with them and a simple prescription is still NOT filled! There is no way to call and complain. Their phone number goes to a voicemail that no one returns calls to!
