I started training with Chris thinking I was already pretty fit — but I quickly realized how much room I had to grow. In just a few months, the progress I’ve made has been really noticeable. Chris has helped me improve my technique so I’m actually training the right way, and he’s also guided me with nutrition so I’m eating healthier than I have in a long time.
