Mike, the security officer, also does his job well and with pride. Other staff has no idea about their bud. I was a client here for a long time with a few mix ups but halloween was my last. I sent my husband to go buy me an Indica for my anxiety and adhd. Their uneducated budtenders sent him home with Sour OG which is derived from Sour Diesel, A SATIVA, a 50-50 hybrid. marked as an Indica. I called immediately to tell them of their mistake and to my surprise a man named Noris answered the phone (the phone is usually of the hook) who agreed that that indeed was wrong. Sour OG is not an Indica and he apologized and assured me if i came down he would rectify what had happened. When I had the car available to me I went into my dispensary signed in and waited instead of directly insisting i be helped. when i got to the counter the budtender told me the label was old... are you sure you got it here.... was it today? and he also told me they dont exchange bud and wouldnt at this point my anxiety was going through the roof. I could barely explain myself as he continued to try to ensure me Im wrong that it is indeed an Indica. he finally swapped it out, for a LESS AMOUNT than i paid for. My husband had to go in and deal with it after me because it didnt get resolved. If you guys want to stick around in 2018 and truly make a difference in the lives of your community you will take my advice in educating your staff and treating this as the medicine it is instead of an easy cash profit to get people high. There are plenty of people who actually rely on this as medicine please treat it as such, give mary jane the respect she deserves. Dont smear her name in the mud. I took pride in you guys i cleaned up trash outside every visit. I want you guys to succeed; but ONLY if it is to bring about a positive difference.
