Canna Express

Ordered from here a few times and had nothing but a good experience. Today I called because they have listed that you can redeem 99 to 100 points. Ive been trying to use my 99 points for a while now. So today I called and the girl I spoke to said "our baseline for points is 100". I proceed to explain that they website has said " you can redeem 99 or 100 points" for months now and I asked for her to honor it this one time. She proceeded to tell me she didnt know how to do that and that she would talk to the IT guy. I figured she was going to put me on hold to go talk to him... but nope she hung up on me without even saying bye. Your response to my review and others is a reflection of your poor business practices and customer service. Ever response you have is deflective, childish and rude. The other reviews I have left for others are none of your business or concern. Pathetic. Btw, the person texting me agreed with me that the language used IS misleading and confusing. He even apologized for it. I'd be happy to post those screenshots. Maybe you guys should figure out where you all stand before as a company... embarrassing. Dw, I'll just order from pops cannabis from now on. Instead of having an obscene delivery fee, I can simply order $35 worth for free delivery with them. Their stuff is MUCH better quality anyways.

Was double charged and let them know immediately; was told to wait maximum five days. After a week and constant hounding their team to figure out why I haven't received a refund yet, I called my bank to confirm they had only sent the refund a DAY prior to my call. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour for any real business. They lied constantly, confirming it had been refunded, asking if they wanted management to contact me or send me a screenshot of the confirmation code just to not get response or call 😂 also the weed was terrible. Stemmy and full of uncut fan and sugar leaves. My dealer before legal weed had better product. Order from a legit store, there's absolutely no benefit to buying from here.

Special shout-out to Obed, the delivery guy, who was super polite and made the whole experience a breeze. Definitely recommend them!
