Hi Again

I’ve been an avid thrifter my whole life. Hi Again Resale is one of my favorite stores. Very well organized, clean, no overwhelming piles of stuff, but still has a good selection. The baby section and the housewares are the best in my opinion. Not a huge selection of clothing, but decent and inventory rotates so I always find something. Oh and they do have changing rooms, which I’ve noticed many resale stores lack!. Prices are good. I do find some items overpriced, but they always have huge sales so it evens out. I love that the employees are Mammas who are able to bring their babies in with them. 💕

Good merchandise, great staff, places very clean and organized, prices are reasonable, it's nice to go to thrift stores that your throat doesn't hurt from the mold and dust. They do a great job on keeping the place fairly clean.

Never have I been berated or belittled while donating but I guess there’s a first for everything. The garage that’s usually open when I came to donate today was closed, so naturally I get down and bring my first box in through the front door. Where I asked if it was okay to bring my donations in through there. The lady at the front said yes and directed me to bring them behind the counter for her. She asked if I had any more and I went and got my second box. At that point is when she took the opportunity to lecture me on how I should have done xyz and why I should’ve done it the way she was explaining. It’s honestly not common knowledge of what she was explaining to me. I’ve donated here many times over the years without issue regardless through the garage or the front door. I continue to donate here because I know the donations go to the parenting program which I myself have received assistance through and now am in a position to give back. However, the way she explained everything was very condescending and I may not go out of my way anymore to receive such treatment for doing a good natured thing such as donating. Name brand clothes, basically new infant items, toys etc. which I could probably sell but I chose to give back and bring to this SPECIFIC thrift. Lady at the front needs a class in customer service and just how to talk to people in general. If it’s that serious put a sign up for how you would like to receive donations.

This store has a great selection of everything. It's my favorite! They always have some kind of special going on. I always feel like I got a great deal! Only draw back is I wish toys cost a bit less.

Ethically priced. "Hi Again" OUTDOES Goodwill by a longshot and does so in the name of God. The managers are smart, kind, intelligent people as well. The store is maintained beautifully thanks to the workers and encouragement of the manager.
