They are grifters, they took my money and never sent in my paperwork to the dmv. Months later I find out I never had a registered car. They took my money and now I must do a full investigation with the DMV in CA. THEY ARE CON AND SCAMMERS. DO NOT TRUST ANGEL OR THEIR BOSS. PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY A CAR FROM ANGEL RUIZ.

WARNING!! SCAMMERS!! I bought a Maserati unseen that was offered by the owner after I had previously purchased another car. Suddenly, the car had to be picked up from Copart, but after I made the payment, this company never paid Copart for the vehicle. As a result, I’ve sent a transporter to Copart several times — in vain. I’ve called multiple times (on three different numbers), sent emails, but no one answers or calls back. Now, six weeks later, there has been ZERO contact! Even after warning them that I would inform the police, there was still no response. People, stay away from this company — they are 100% scammers! They may seem friendly, but all they want is to take your money as quickly as possible. Be careful!

Made my first car purchase in the US with LA Fine Motors at a very good deal. I intuitively felt like I was working with seasoned professionals who are working to get the best deal for prospective buyers. Angel and his colleagues were kind enough to drop off the car i eventually purchased to a nearby mechanic for a check up before I finalized the deal. Big shout out to the team and I will definitely come back to you for another car in the future. Car details: BMW 328i 2014 Base Sedan Black color Mileage 143000 miles Edit: It did take quite a while to get the car registered to my name by the dealer, I did lose my patience over it. But Robert did cool my temper and sent me the new license plates and car registration title just a few days after the temp plates expired. I am still happy with the car and I revise my rating to 5/5

I am writing this review in the hope that this associated company can help me resolve a very difficult situation with Cheap Cars Chicago. I purchased a vehicle from them, and from the very beginning it presented serious mechanical issues that put my safety and my family’s safety at risk. What concerns me the most is that, despite my clear request to cancel the contract and get my money back, the company has refused to cooperate. In addition, I was never provided with documentation of the supposed repair work that was done, which raises even more distrust. I have tried to resolve this matter in a polite and fair way, but so far I have not received a proper solution or respectful treatment. I am also worried that other people may go through the same experience. I kindly ask that this associated company step in or provide assistance in resolving this matter, as the negligence and lack of transparency from Cheap Cars Chicago have turned what should have been a positive experience into a very serious and stressful problem.

Tried to get a car from them on Monday it’s now Thursday don’t have the car but they have my money I’ve been trying to get it back and it’s been a store after story . I sent the money through Zelle $5800 and decided that I no longer wanted the car because I never noticed it had so many dents in the car till I went to test drive the car on Monday . Well I asked for my money back and apparently they can accept Zelle but can’t send Zelle I’ve never heard of that before. So today the owner was suppose to be there to give me a check well I called before I drove 2 hours away and lo and behold the owner wasn’t there today supposedly he will be in tomorrow. So meanwhile they have my money $5800 and I have no car. This has go to be the worst experience I’ve ever had before . Then on top of all that on the website it’s says the car was $4865 then at the bottom it says cash/finance $5285 I’m assuming that’s with tax and everything well I was priced $5800 and they didn’t really have anything to say when I questioned them about the difference in prices .
