I like Dr.Shetty’s expertise as a pulmonologist/critical care expert. I’ve been seeing him for over 10 years. He also serves as a Hospitalist at El Camino Hospital, so his knowledge is wide ranging & per our discussion, he made a medication recommendation change for another domain that was life changing. He’s a very busy (fast) MD & focussed.. not the warm folksy kind. You can reach people at the practice in the AM only & his staff is excellent. It takes awhile to learn these details, but it’s worth it. His practice performs overnight sleep studies at his location which is centrally located for Silicon Valley.

This is the worst doctor visit I have ever received. The doctor was 40 mins late than the scheduled time. After he entered, there was no apology or anything. He asked me some very basic questions about my sleep without any detailed discussion. Then, he start to arrange the sleeping test. He took me to the testing room and introduced the gears. However, he acted like he is not familiar with those gears himself. After that, he nudged me out of the door and didn't give me any chances to ask questions. The total time with the doctor is about only 15 mins! I am not sure why the rating is so high. I definitely do NOT recommend this clinic.

The Dr Shetty was super nice and explained everything and made us very comfortable. His front desk/nurse was great at well!!

Dr. Shetty treats me for pulmonary and sleep conditions. In my interactions, I always found him to be thoroughly professional, caring, thoughtful, and precise in his diagnoses and treatments. His support team is first rate. I strongly recommend Dr. Shetty to patients who seek help with pulmonary or sleep conditions that require a specialist's intervention.

My experience here was TERRIBLE. First of all, expect to wait 1+ hours for every office visit. What’s worse, the staff mixed my sleep study results with someone else’s and refused to admit their fault and acted as if I was lying about when I did my sleep study (why would I do that???) I later received an apology but still disappointed at their professional incompetence. The doctor did not charge me for that sleep study (couldn’t get the results back anyway) but it still wasted a lot of my time. 6 months later I received a bill for my initial visit (which wasn’t informative by the way, just told me to do sleep study) and they are partnering with a payment website that does not work. I submitted my payment three times and every time it shows a blank page. Looks like that payment website only went into service in May this year and there are so many ridiculous bugs and I can’t believe this office is partnering with them. Overall this place felt like a scam for me. I cannot speak for others but I had such a hassle here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
