my experience as of jan 2026: service department is top tier! i stopped by as a flatbed and everyone from the parts department,yard jockey, service desk ladies, foreman and the mechanics were prompt, professional and had me up and running in no time. this is a dry van parking lot mostly.THERE ARE NO SHOWERS! there is a pilot nearby but its always full so had to go further out.

This is the West Coast terminal. More of a parking lot then a full terminal. The Nashville terminal is the main one. This one has no showers which sucks. They do have a bathroom, a small lounge, and a place to park. That's about it. Is nearly impossible getting your trailer parked on Fridays. On Fridays they have about 50 trailers in 40 spots. Tight as hell, very little room
This driver was so unprofessional, swerving in between two lanes and almost hit my truck. On Nov 4th at 8:20am the lady with the truck number 15234. There was one lane going left and two going right. She went from the left lane and just went straight to the right lane without a signal and she was on her phone. She should be fired!
Absolutely pathetic company. Drivers are insanely unsafe and are going to cause an accident. Tried to report the driver in truck 15421 on 10/22 at 7:40am for insane driving. They just send me to the "safety department" that just leaves you on hold indefinitely. Absolutely no accountability from this company. Genuinely slime business that I will celebrate when they inevitably go bankrupt.
