The horrendous communication has been constant. Now its an old VM and people with full voicemails having an attitude not answering calls and not being where they said they would be. Insanely simple to fix yet clearly isnt a concern.
They steal money from people. When you use your card for a delivery they round up and you are supposed to get that money back and you decide on a tip. I know someone that made an order today and when asking the guy if he will get the cash back he said no because that’s just how they process it. NO THATS STEALING. I have worked in a dispensary and as a delivery driver. We never keep the cash back so if anyone didn’t know that pay attention to it next time. Any other dispensary would tell you that you get that money back and it’s stealing if they keep it
