I’ve been a repeat customer @ patriots for as long as they have been operating, being I have my medical card and live in shelburne falls- they are the closest and most convenient medical dispensary near me. Not only do they have medical…they have recreational too!! Zero complaints. Great staff, and a pleasant atmosphere all around. I went in one 1/14/2026 And I wanted to be sure I gave a review and a shout out to the employee Kassidy who helped me today…not only was she super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable…. But Kassidy also has the patience of a saint which helped in so many ways as I was trying to sign up and pay for my purchase via an app I hadn’t yet signed up for… and she not once made me feel like I was a pain in the rear or holding her up. She was the most helpful, patient, understanding human I think I have ever met. Thank you Kassidy for making my visit a great one. Keep shining! ✨💛

The staff was great! The service dept - Penny, George, Kathy, Justin and everyone are so helpful and considerate to me and all the customers. The service staff is the sole reason I keep buying my cars at Suburu if Keene. I currently have an Outback and a Forester…Suburus #12 and 13 for us!! All because of the great service professionals at Keene. Keene Suburu are the ONLY people we let work on our cars-from oil changes to batteries to tires!! Many thanks to the entire service dept at -Suburu of Keene.

I have been going here for the past 3-4 years and I can honestly say they are the most friendly and welcoming staff. They are very knowledgeable about their products and go above and beyond to make sure you know what deals are available.

I’ve been a medical patient at Patriot Care for years now, and I can honestly say they’re one of my favorite dispensaries in the entire state. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is calm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly — it’s the kind of environment that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is always helpful, and my transactions are usually quick and smooth. Their product selection is impressive too — a wide variety of quality options, so I never feel limited or unsure of what to choose. After all this time, Patriot Care still stands out for their consistency, atmosphere, and the way they treat their patients. Easily a 5-star experience every visit.

I use to like shopping here. The environment when you walk in is horrendous. Very high school and cliquey vibes. As someone who works in serving the community , the workers shouldn’t be bullying and trash talking other customers and people . Do better patriot care. I will be shopping elsewhere. I will recommend all customers to shop elsewhere once you leave they will call you names and say you smell or point out your flaws!
