The crew supervisor went above and beyond. I had a vape pen issue and he replaced it. Then to realize I was never treated to the new customer treatment. He fixed everything started an account. He replaced the vape with better product and retro d the discounts as a new customer! Sir may your new son be blessed your!

When i first started going it was great, but lately customer service has been terrible, there always hiring which is disheartening and the prices are too high. Let me explain something trulieve, this is healing mama earth for most and shouldnt be wrapped or stored in plastic or price gouged, its mother earth at her finest and you shouldnr be greedy but i guess cuz youre the only one in town. Its been my medicine for yrs and am chronically ill but thinking about stopping cuz tired of this treatment and paying over the moon for mother earth. ive purchased in many states from NY to NM and this is by far the worst prices over all. Please do better to not be greedy but offer great products at a fair price and call it a day would be my advice or slowly you will lose customers.

I am a medical patient that placed an online order. Order was incorrect, I had to go back into store and wait, to be told the product that I ordered they didnt have so they just put something else in it's place. So basically I paid for a product I did not order and was not notified of the change. Do better Trulieve.

Terribly slow. in store customers served before online customers even tho I was ahead of them in line. This store is seriously understaffed. Separate line for online orders and those folks wait till store customers are helped. Why order on line? it certainly is not any faster, if anything slower. Plenty of registers and help counters, you need to staff them. The margins in your business are great. you can afford to staff your stores. I will definetly look for other resources. And the kicker is these folks look for tips, why would I tip for mediocre service. I don't tip the clerk at the liquor store for showing me where whiskey is, why would I tip a bud-tender?
