I had such an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and super comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable — they took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel rushed. The selection was top-tier with plenty of options, and everything was organized beautifully. You can really tell they care about quality and customer service. Prices were fair, and the whole process was smooth and professional. If you’re looking for great vibes, great products, and great people, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll absolutely be coming back!

Team member Stormy was super friendly & extra helpful during my visit. I was made to feel comfortable & welcome. First, she greeted me at the door with a smile & asked how I was doing & what I was looking for. Her demeanor was relaxed enough to match the environment while still remaining professional. Next, she assisted me in choosing what to purchase. She was patient enough to answer several questions for me, giving me information regarding different strains, thc content, sale pricing, etc. Lastly, Stormy continued to assist me at the checkout. She suggested a last minute add on of some ready to roll, which I agreed to. I paid for my purchase using cash, then as I was preparing to exit, I noticed a novelty item that I just had to have. I asked Stormy if I could make a second purchase using a card, & she said “absolutely!”. So I bought the item. As I was gathering my things to leave, Stormy made friendly conversation & was sure to say “have a nice day”. In conclusion, I would just like to say that I felt well attended to, never rushed, & as if my business was valued. Stormy was knowledgeable about the products & was overall an excellent representative of Suite 443. I left completely happy!

They go above and beyond my expectations, and as a new patient I’m very pleased to see such helpful enthusiastic bud tenders who are so knowledgeable about their products! No matter how busy they are you can always guarantee to find plenty of friendly staff to help you find everything you need! I also find them very accommodating in helping people learn about what their products do and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients you leave knowing you’ll be back that’s how good they are! The place is completely accommodating to each and every individual so I’m glad to be a patient knowing that I am getting the help I need from knowledgeable people and a friendly staff! Just wanted to shout shoutout one of my favorite Suite443 crew members! Katelin has helped me out several times over the phone and in store when I place online orders. Thank you for always being efficient and fabulous!!

After having two or three issues with said dispensary I did get things figured out. I do enjoy the security guards and two of the online people so much because they are sweet and sociable and funny. Now I will say there are two or three that will be just rude some days and let their bad days show and wouldn't know how to smile on the good but that's just people. Prices are a tad high but VERY reasonable compared to others within 100 miles little Rock way. The process is easy most days AVOID ALL HOLIDAYS!!! they get stressed really easy compared to other busy places I've seen. I was there before the snow and one girl was almost in tears about something and the "manager?" Was calming her down,2 were just checking people's names and didn't speak otherwise. And they missed two steps that I'm usually asked so idk if that's going to mess me or them up. The security guard came to the rescue and did a lot of running to the store and back to pick up so he helped them a lot. But all in all I do get my meds and i usually am out within 10 minutes
