I.love.bbq. I am here in town for work and there is a lot to pick from. Caught this place just out of the corner of my eye and made a quick u-turn. So happy I did! Place is big inside lots of fun modern decor with a suddel city vibe. 7 different sauces to pick from with all the favorites. My go to is brisket and pork. Just look at the pics. Bark was spot on, some scallion for color. Kudos to the Pit Chef.

We were there new years day. The brisket sandwich was delicious. I personally didn't care much for the potatoes as they were served seemed dry but i asked for butter and they were much improved. Happily I did not taste liquid smoke nor did it haunt me later. Really enjoyed that meal and absolutely will return.

Rollin Smoke BBQ in Arizona is hands down one of the best BBQ spots I’ve ever visited. I ordered the chopped BBQ sandwich, and it was absolutely packed with flavor. The meat was tender, juicy, and had just the right amount of smoky goodness. You could tell it was slow-cooked to perfection. They give you a generous portion too—it was piled high on a fresh, soft bun that held up perfectly without getting soggy. I paired it with their mac & cheese and baked beans, and both sides were fantastic—rich, comforting, and full of flavor. The BBQ sauces they offer on the side were a nice touch too, especially the tangy and spicy ones. The staff was super friendly, and the service was quick even though they were busy. It’s a relaxed, welcoming spot where you can tell they really care about what they’re serving. If you’re anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and check this place out. The chopped BBQ alone is worth the trip!

This was our first time stopping in and won’t be the last. Service was amazing. The girl at the counter was so friendly and handled a negative situation that could have been really bad for business( a patron came in upset her ribs were dry but she had left them out for hours before returning screaming and making a scene with 5 new customers in the building) into a pleasant experience for all of us. She made sure to show us our food before we left and even allowed us to try a rib tip to ensure it was to our liking (since that is what we ordered right before the patron came in screaming) . All in all, aside from the lady screaming at your employees, it was not a bad experience. And I don’t know what she was talking about because the rib tips were great!

We visited around 2 PM today and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We drove over 30 minutes after seeing the hype on TikTok and were really excited to try it. The main item we came for—the beef ribs—were already sold out by the time we arrived, which was a letdown.We decided to try other items instead, but the burgers were burnt and the brisket was on the dry side. On a positive note, the greens were delicious, and the mac and cheese was okay, though a bit on the bland side. What made the experience even more frustrating was the price. We spent $74 for two burnt burgers and dry brisket, which definitely didn’t feel worth it. Initially we thought we might come back another day to try the beef ribs, but after this experience, we probably won’t. Overall, it was a huge disappointment.
