Thinura was great! Super attentive, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Absolutely the kind of employee you want representing your company! To all the one star reviews, just like any other dispensary, it's smart to check Weedmaps to know what days have the best deals and shop accordingly. The people claiming bait and switch clearly just can't use their brains when it comes to basic math and taxes. I only come on Fridays because that's when the flower deal is active. It's that simple! Thanks again for the great customer service and smooth transaction Thinura, I'll definitely be back.

I’ve been shopping here for three years and have been saving up my points waiting to redeem the $250 goody bag because one of the employees said it was worth it. I finally was able to redeem the prize and I have never been more disappointed before. I received mainly merchandise and barely any cannabis product, getting only 6.6 grams of flower, 2g of cartridges, and 60mg of edibles. I have spent over $2K at this location and have been a loyal customer and this is the prize I get, a bunch of their on sale, less than a dollar, trying to push products and a shirt that simply says “Woah”. The only good thing from the prize was a rolling tray which I needed, but I was expecting at least 14g of flower and some more edibles, but the merchandise took up more than half the price tag of the goody bag. On a positive note, the bud tenders are always super nice and most of the product they sell is solid, just not the products they give you when you redeem a high reward prize.

First time I came my card didn't work because of their system. Didn't buy anything. This is important for the next part. So I came back six days later only to find out that because I was "scanned in" the first day, I no longer had the first time 50% off. Now what did I say earlier? I bought nothing the first time. I got 30% off because of the Monday special, but it makes zero sense. I didn't buy anything, that offer should have still been available. First and last time I go.

DOES NOT FOLLOW MEDICAL MARIJUANA LAWS - My wife and I have been going to HIGH for years - the last time we were there, they refused to honor a California MMIC card - we were told the price is the same either way, so there's no point and proceeded to charge us state and local taxes and did not provide a receipt. When we tried to explain that the medical card exempts certain taxes she "called her manager" who she said told her that the card "doesn't matter." We haven't been back since and don't plan to.

Not a fan of dispensaries that pull a bait & switch like this place does. Putting in a pick up order and your website already giving me the total with taxes included, when I show up apparently only part of the state taxes are added but not excise? The taxes added on the site were already close to 40%, you guys just chose not to honor the price I was given on your site. The entire vibe of this dispensary was off and I’ll certainly never return or recommend this place to anyone. There are so many better dispensaries in the area. Try pulling this in Vegas, your business wouldn’t last a day!
