Very open and transparent pricing. They include taxes when telling you what it’ll cost and knowing “out the door” is way better than “before taxes this will be” because CA taxes are insaneeee and can’t easily be figured out lol also staff is friendly and actually know how products will affect you. Security is always friendly with a big smile too.

I love Herbology. Oakdale store is always super friendly and helpful. Whitney really made me feel welcomed and was knowledgeable about the weeds.
