Oakland Organics

This is a great addition to the area! I’m happy to see this business back in Oakland. The store in Santa Rosa is great but it’s a long drive. I was helped by Terence and he gave me some great suggestions. Everyone working there seemed very nice. Great vibes!

I liked it. This used to be my favorite club when it was in downtown Oakland. Quite happy to see them again! Very friendly attentive knowledgeable bud-tenders, whom genuinely cared about my satisfaction! Thanks Anthony and Brandon for being so welcoming😁 I will also say that the taxes did come at me fast, so be prepared for that sort of thing🤔 Overall, great folks, worth the trip, the buds were potent, and my cartridge is fire!😁

Coming in I was nervous and unsure of what I wanted, didn't know the names, reactions, and stuff like that. Simone made me feel very comfortable. She made my visit here great. She answered all of my questions. She was very friendly and knew her stuff. Simone was very knowledgeable and she showed me great customer service. The cleanliness of the store also was remarkable. I will be visiting Oakland organics Shattuck again really soon.

Yesterday I purchased a vent pen, but since this was my first time buying one I took it home to charge it. It didn't seem to work, so I called back to speak with the salesman, who didn't give me much information on how to charge it. So the next day I called back asking for help, then I spoke with a Very Nice sales woman named Kathy, she asked that I return to see if she could help me? So I did and within minutes it was working fine. She explained that when she sales these pins, she goes over all aspects of how it works. Well she did great and I didn't have to ask for a refund. Thanks Again Kathy.

Fairly new to the whole smoking thing, but this place was pretty cool. The general atmosphere was nice and relaxed, and Jared, the guy who helped me, seemed very knowledgeable and was helpful in getting me what I needed, as well as patient with my many questions. Definitely coming back!
