Cookies - Palm Springs

Really good experience at this location.. I’m usually skeptical about trying new shops, but they helped me with picking good products, and even took the time after my purchase to teach me the proper way to prime my vape cartridge…. Super grateful for this shop and the guy working.. I hope you have a similar experience.

Just left there gotta say it sucked a lot, oh yeah they got deals but apparently you have to know what they are or they won't give it to you ridiculous, the girl working the front didn't want to be there at least by her service that's how it felt, I don't even know why I paid for the stuff I did, it wasn't worth it. I recommend caughy shop in DHS they have people who care, yeah maybe some stuff is higher in price but they have a menu, smiles all day, and they get you real deals.

Coming from the East Coast this dispo was a rotund disappointment. No menu available or pricing other than scanning at the register (despite having a menu online??). Bud tender was lacking product info, annoyed at answering questions. The whole layout and shopping system feels totally silly compared to counter service. Products purchased (concentrates and disposable vape) were mediocre. Coming from a Maine shopper, I felt the myth of west coast weed superiority dry up after a visit to this place as I enjoy better cheaper products on the east coast with better service.

I FREAKIN LOVE THIS STORE. I don’t know where to start. From the amazing choices they have to the knowledgeable employees. This store is super clean and organized and it’s like a dream walking in. U can find ANYTHINGGGG u need in this store. Prices are amazing. They’re always hooking me up with discounts. A guy helped me out this last time I believe his name was Sam. He was super friendly and his customer service skills were above and beyond. I wishhh LA would have a store like this. I even got lots of stuff to take back home with me. Going back for sure during my next visit. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!!! ✨✨✨✨✨

I was visiting Palm Springs for a few days and decided to order some gummies online from Cookies. When I arrived to pick-up I was impressed by the friendliness of the security guard and the gentleman behind the counter who helped me with my order. I wanted to go back just to interact with them again. Anyway, the shop is tidy and well-organized. I'll definitely return the next time I visit Palm Springs.
