Palm Springs Safe Access (PSSA)

Always help services are wonderful the staff is always professional except one........showers,clothes buss passes the case manager is a little to much but always professional and they know what they doing.....

They don't truly help the homeless. They just collect their money and go about themselves. I got banned for stopping a guy from assaulting me even more than before. Because that's physical I'm now banned for life. They don't care about the homeless or mental health

This place is funded by volunteer donations. So ya get what ya pay for. And they do the best they can. But If ya want to keep seeing unwashed homeless people with all there gross possessions in shopping carts, sidewalks, parking lots, or in front of your condo assoc then do absolutely nothing like you've been doing. If u want to help or pretend u help then donate to this center or buy a homeless person some hot coffee & breakfast in the morning. (I donate my Starbucks refill coffee every time). Do something positive! Because being homeless sucks no matter what.

First and foremost i find it interesting that this post is from 1 month ago. I went there 1 month ago to see how the services for help there are actually helping. the showers do not work. They do not allow you to wash cloths. they give you a locker with a prison issued lock that has a key to unlock a combo lock, but they do not tell any one this until after you have signed your name to get the services that your told to go there for yet they do not have. In other words its a trap!!! so call me Admiral Akhbar cause this is a trap for just sitting somewhere for a moment while they collect your name. This is the place they tell people to go for help and they offer no help what so ever. I am disgusted that this is what is offered with all the funding being given to palm springs to help the homeless yet nothing is being done. "God bless the Churches and Vollinters" that still help with food and many other needful things like cloths!!!
