UNDEFEATED 25

Ordered some shoes back in September. Never recieved them. Undefeated put a return to sender on them. So i disputed the charges. Undefeated refuses to release funds to my bank,so they're putting me with this lawyer monday so that I can press card fraud charges and file a lawsuit. In their pics I'll leave a pic of the copy were they retrieved the shoes and never delivered but still took my money. So im going to put fraud charges and theft charges on them. This is suppose to be a high end boutique? This place is broke and scamming people. This lawsuit will open their eyes

This was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. Not a single person greeted me and the guy that “tried” to help me did the bare minimum. Chi was rude and completely checked out—I will never step foot in this store again.

Lots of attitude for just being some retail cashiers! All the reviews stay steadily poor for Undefeated in the LA area and it’s all due to the customer service. Kinda funny but I’d just gone into the store on Sunday and purchased a couple items. I left and regretted not buying a shoe I liked so before I went back, I called to check if they had my size. I couldn’t even finish what I was saying before the guy cut me off and stated “we don’t have that shoe here”… I said “at all?” He said “no”… I responded “really? Because I just left and I saw you had it there”. He had to back track and say that I must have the shoe name wrong but he thought he knew what shoe I was talking about it. Meanwhile, I had the shoe pulled up on the Nike app. So lazyyyy. Get a different job (that isn’t retail cashier) if customer service is not for you.

Undefeated as a whole botched the jordan 4 raffle and need to be held accountable. Winning on day 1 of the raffle and not getting shipping after 3 weeks is absurd. Never seen such poor customer service and poor shipping practices by any other retail company. They should not of been granted this exclusive shoe as they Cleary weren't prepared or able to handle the distribution of the raffle. Highly disappointed and will never spend another dime at any Undefeated store

I went for the the LeBron James Mattel pre-sale Kenambassador. The wait wasn't to bad, &I got 1! Cool store, cool employees!
