Followed these group of dispensers from lake elsinore for 2 years now. Been happy for a long time but today we had the 16th punch on our card and the woman refused to cash it in for us because we as a couple shared a card, we always buy together, we were even given the FTP deal as a couple.. the woman came out with a spreadsheet of just a few of each of our purchases and tried claiming we only rated a gram instead of 40dollar match even though we have spent 2 whole punch cards worth beforehand and when i told her thats not our problem that the dispensers randomly choose one of us to ring it up under she said it was ours because we should specify who to ring it up under, like really? Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. This woman was rude and uneducated on the rules of where she worked and we suffered for it then also didnt even give us the wheel deal for spending over 40 dollars.. super frustrated and thats not the experience i spend good money for.

Everytime I come here prices change and they have no consistency with their weekly deals or their communication with one another. On one occasion I was informed that CBD has no marijuana. Lol. CBD comes from the marijuana plant. This place is a joke.
