Great interactions, great ppl and the security is very professional, the owner was extremely friendly and they are more welcoming than big cities, there's a reason this place keeps winning so many awards.

I met with two of my clients for lunch next to the Shoestring Diner and parked in a spot directly next to the diner’s patio in the back of the lot. We were standing outside our car for about 15 minutes discussing client information when a man from Chuck’s Wellness came out and told us we could not park in their parking lot. However, we were not in front of or directly next to the dispensary, and there were no signs posted anywhere indicating that the parking was private or restricted. The tone and approach were completely unnecessary. It felt hostile and dismissive, especially considering we were clearly not associated with the dispensary or interfering with their business in any way. As someone who works closely with low-income community members, the interaction came across as unnecessarily confrontational and unwelcoming toward people in our community. Experiences like this make it easy to understand why so many people in town choose to take their business to Pure Life.

Great drive and convenient off the freeway if you need to RE-Up on your greens. The staff greet you at the door and very polite. Great setup and the prices are right in the beautiful town of Placerville.

Best wellness center ever. Amazing customer service and they always have daily deals and great rewards program. To top it off its in an old diner which I think adds an original ascetic to the place. I always feel happy when I leave here.

Best place to go in placerville and surroundings for stress relief or stress reduction. I've been coming to chucks for over a year now. Love the place, the vibe and the staff is outstanding! There is always an amazing selection of products. Most of which, I would have never seen in other shops. Chucks is top notch but without the snooty or I'm better than you attitude. Also where else can you go and see a pet duck just chilling like one of the dudes lol The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and are more than happy and willing to help you figure out the best form of stress relief/reduction
