I really like this app, the best one so far i have tried. I specifically like the grocery list creation. Makes my life hassle free. Super easy to use and have delicious meals. The only issue is that the app stopped working all of the sudden. Customer Service is super quick to reply and very helpful but no solution to this issue unfortunately.

I love this app! Idk why I waited so long to download it, procrastination i guess. It's only my second day and I feel better already, my hips are looser and I feel my pelvic floor activating. I am so excited for what's to come. Thank you to everyone who is a part of this team, you have no idea how grateful I am to have come across this app!

I like the short sessions. I can do 1 or 2 or mix them up and make my own workout. Even though it’s low impact, I was still sweating before the end of the 10 minute abs and stretching sessions. I can fit them in whenever I have a few down time minutes free. So far, I’m enjoying the app very much.

Signed up yesterday and did my first workout today. I love the ease of app use, simple and clear walk through of the exercises as you do them. I'm looking forward to my progress with this program :)

I loved the app at first. It was great and I could customize my workout to what I was in the mood for. Now, I can't get the app to load/open at all. I paid for the subscription and I can't even use it. I've even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it. If, after my emails, it gets fixed, I will consider changing my review. The picture shows how far the app loads. I can't get it go any further.
