Cody was my budtender and this was my first time in this store. My usual daily RSO was sold out at my every day spot so I came here and it did not disappoint. I use a wheelchair and all the staff was attentive and helped me with the doors. I placed an online order and pick up was a breeze. I will definitely be back. :)

Proactive with meeting our needs in a variety of ways. Introduced us to two new products. Listened and understood Richard’s discomfort and naïveté with THC/CBD products. ❤️ Great employee - inclusive - interacted with BOTH of us. My sense is he is a very valuable employee!!!

I came back to this store after about three years and was really disappointed with the customer service. Cody was great — super friendly and helpful. But Kaitlin and the manager, Courtney, were rude and unprofessional. Kaitlin came out from behind the counter when I asked for help with the products. I was looking for some guidance, but instead of helping, she walked away while I still had questions. I found that very dismissive and disrespectful. When I expressed frustration and asked again for assistance, Courtney, the manager, saw that I was upset. Instead of stepping in to help or de-escalate the situation, she reprimanded me for speaking up and defended her staff’s behavior. That only made the experience worse. As a customer, I just wanted a little guidance — not attitude. It’s disappointing to see management support that kind of treatment. I won’t be coming back, which is unfortunate because I used to really like this place.
