Worth noting its Puff and Dash(?) now. A change from a dispensary that was clean, modern, and trendy in aesthetic to a more relaxed space with lots of options at great prices. Very friendly staff as well.
First they took away "Tax free Tuesday" then they took away customer loyalty points. There was talk that the prices would be coming down, NOPE. From what I hear, upper management has their head where the sun don't shine, and could care less about retaining loyal customers like myself.
Great staff, love Victoria, Ashley is adorable, the guys during the day are my boys, but end of the day, the sales just aren't good enough. March and Ash offers 30% on most sales while their competition offers 40 to 50%. Pains me to be honest because I love this place but find myself rarely going anymore do to the competition having more for less. Posting this because I want March and Ash to be successful, I want to go everyday like I use to.
Whatever is going on here is problematic. The point system is pointless (no pun intended) and their inability/lack of desire to problem solve their own system problem is why we unfortunately won’t be returning anymore. It isn’t the first problem we’ve had but today was the last. Unfortunately, M&A has taken a swift turn for the worse in recent months regarding customer service and valuing their long term clients. I was told today my points wouldn’t be honored unless I had a previous receipt to prove I earned them and then was told they stopped printing the points on the receipts months ago and good luck. Terribly poor service left us beyond disappointed.
Been going to March & Ash for the last 4 years. They’ve always had some of the best deals with “no tax” Tuesdays or have brand days where each day varies with great deals on various brands each day. Now they’ve gone downhill with the lack of deals for their customers and are just for profit. What once cost me between $80-$90 for an ounce now costs over $120+ with no deal in sight to save. Time to find a new flower shop that cares about their customers rather than their profit $$
