Well so far it is very convenient being 5-10 min away from home the staff are very friendly and well I been going since they open n stellar customer service. Always willing to educate the customer. Today I went in and on the way out I spoke the front desk about wearing their logo. I did not get that but instead they gave me what they had available which made my day. Good bizz for me...
Wow cool place. Everyone was super friendly great staff very young and energetic. Had a fun time talking with them about 710 labs. Great selection they have all the stuff I want premier cannabis: 710 Labs. The security is really cool, after I made my purchase near closing I was outside waitin for my Uber , it was cold out and the security offered me a ride home. Really nice guy, Don is his name.
The best and most affordable dispensary in San leandro. I love it there and go back every couple weeks. Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is easy to see. They have the best prices from I've seen across the entire country!
This location steals points. Been going back and forth about if I wanted to actually create this review, decided it's necessary due to how ridiculously shady this was. About a week or 2 ago my husband & I went in, we were relayed by the bud tender that I had a lot of points. We were able to use some, and then she relayed we had a balance of 1000 points. So, we come back a few days later to retrieve the points. Now this is where the shady stuff kicked in... I now had No Points or any previous transactions. How? There was zero proof that I've ever made a purchase at this location. They wiped my account clear. Ridiculously shady establishment/location.
Came in with my bf like a couple of dips trying to replace a “bad cartridge”. They tested our old battery and we came to realize it was actually our battery that was the problem, we were clearly distraught. Our tender, Kevin, got us another battery on the house and was very patient with our air headed selves. Thank you so much! Really turned our day around. Much love Kev! UPDATE 09/2024: New management really messed this place up. Selection is scarce and vibes are low. The point system for discounts on the loyalty program make no sense anymore and is a massive scam. All in all, we will not be coming back. This place really crashed and burned
