ERBA South Bay (REC)

The heavyset middle aged woman that works inside the recreational center is one of the most insufferable passive aggressive people ive ever came across. Nothing was ever said that was outright rude but the way she speaks to me like im stupid with her tone of voice and the look on her face makes me question why she even works there. Any time i’ve gone in there to ask about the hours, when a practice/game/class would be starting or ending, or even to borrow a basketball always is met with suppressed anger and a disgusted aura/look about her. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt(maybe shes having a bad day) but after shes done this to me for the 4th time in little as a month, quite frankly im over it. First review ive ever given ANYWHERE but just had to warn the masses of this employee because if you want to feel like you're stupid then walk in the robert egger office and speak to her and see for yourself. The two gentlemen with the slick back hair and the man with the glasses are very very respectable however.

Took a long time to open up again but it’s completely remodeled - the playground aspect and the basketball court outside. The fields are still janky and need work. The bathroom situation is awful; probably a deterrent for homeless. It can get very busy! Probably best to come in the early morning There is activities for almost all ages. I hope they keep it clean and graffiti and drug free

This new park is amazing. The zip lines are a huge hit. It's packed with kids having a great time.

The park is reopened and it is a nice, brand-new playground, Hold my soccer practices there.

The newly renovated Egger-Southbay Park is fantastic! This park was long overdue for an upgrade, and the improvements are amazing. My kids had an absolute blast—there’s something for every child to enjoy. From zip lines and swings to slides and climbing structures, it truly has it all. Best of all, it’s completely free, making it a perfect spot for families. If you haven’t checked it out yet, I highly recommend paying a visit—you won’t be disappointed!
