When Diane called “next,” I was totally caught off guard! She walked all the way from the far register to meet me halfway to help me right away. That was so unexpected! She was super friendly and helpful. Within seconds, she had my items. Turns out I was a few cents short, but she was so generous that she offered to cover the rest for me. I think she read my mind and saw that I wasn’t thrilled about the ATM surcharge that almost happened. Haha! I’ll never forget her amazing service and her infectious smile. She truly went above and beyond!
