Neil took incredible care and gave guidance as soon as I walked in the door. I felt like he was a friend who educated me on several different products! I learned a lot and felt like he genuinely wanted to help me and he truly did. I tried a new drink and some chocolates plus flower. Neil is so kind and knowledgeable, he really made my day.

Samantha Was So Helpful (the wonderful lady at door) she welcomed me in & helped me with my online order WHICH MIGHT I ADD i was notified about my order being completed & ready for pick up like actually everything i ordered. i come from LA where they don’t update the site & if i pick out stuff it might or might not be available & i’ll have to repick items at the check out. this was so easy peasy there was no time for anxiety. thank you you guys!! i’ll be back !!! & it was 50% off HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Floral terra is my favorite dispensary in santa rosa. You cant beat their prices. They have a great selection and are constantly getting new stuff in and always stay stocked up. I have always had friendly interactions with all of the staff. Extra shout out to Luke who is always so nice, helpful and knowledgeable on the product.

Couldn’t tell if it was working or not until the Sativa knocked me on my ass and the indica started screaming “world star!” My wife tried to help but the indica knocked her into a coughing fit, she had to ask me if they were jumping her but no the dogs watched us take a beating before we consulted the fridge for frozen goods. 10/10
