Have been a happy and regular customer for a few months, since I moved to the area and although I have occasionally experienced dry flower from your shop, this last purchase of your top shelf was very dry and dusty. I had a hard time rolling because of the dryness and decided to come in to see if you would provide me with a refund that I would've spent on something fresher. You determined that there was 2 grams left, and instead of crediting me for those 2 and then selling me something else which would have increased the original sale, you sent me away saying there was nothing you could do for me. So, you have lost a regular customer over $30-/+. Bad business and bad customer care.

Pulled in to the parking lot cash in hand, regular customer, open sign was on. Door was locked suddenly, and they shut off the light. 7:57pm. Guess my money's going accross the street.
