I just left the shop . I was helped by Alexis. She was kind , knowledgeable. i actually took a long time to make my mind about which product to buy and ALEXIS helped me choose the product . She was very patient with me. I haven't tried the product . I bought it as a gift to a friend, but I would highly recommend shoping at HAVEN SHOP for the welcoming staff and the very nice atmosphere. And guys the shop is clean and has variety of products.

Pilar was awesome! Gummies are easy to pick, but I’ve never purchased pre rolls. She walked me through the levels and choices, smiling the entire way. 25 thumbs up!

Travis was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product's. He even went over my reward points with me at the end of my transaction, letting me know what my balance was, and I’ve never had anyone do that before. It was nice that he went out of his way to take his time with me instead of rushing me along. Every time I go into Haven they are friendly, knowledgeable, and have great customer service. I highly recommend them..

Security is ALWAYS super friendly and professional. Travis give me exceptional service even if its super busy; If you dont get you curbside pickup by him, then expect to wait a bit longer!!
