My daughter loves coming to Coach Vinny! He is the best. He has been there for her through her recovery of her broken arm, to getting back in racing shaping. She looks forward to the days she is in the gym with Coach Vinny.

For the past year and a half, my 11-year-old daughter Ava, who participates in travel softball, has been benefiting from Vinny's excellent coaching at APL. Vinny's warm and empathetic approach, coupled with a tailored strength and conditioning program, has significantly improved Ava's strength and overall enjoyment of the classes. I highly recommend APL for their personalized and effective approach to athletic development!

Such an amazing place to be. I’m so happy to be part of the APL Family. I made the decision to stop just going the the gym and really focusing on becoming a better athlete. Vinny along with the rest of the staff have been so supportive of my goals that after working hard for for the last 7 months I am now playing soccer at a collegiate level. Even my 11 year old son who also plays sports enjoys the training sessions with other young athletes. None have this would have been possible with out THE ALTALMONT PERFORMANCE LAB .

I can't say enough amazing things about this place and the staff you just have to experience it for yourself. When we walked in with our son who has Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy but wanted to be in shape to play high school football, Vinny didn't even hesitate to take Joe on as a client. Vinny's dedication to his clients is unmatched. With Joe's limited full range of motion on his left side, Vinny adapted the work outs to give Joe the best workout. When Joe had a mild injury the staff was able to provide therapy and guidance to get him back on track. They are motivating and inspiring. It's honestly Joe's favorite place to hang out the atmosphere is inviting and enjoyable. Joes 2019-2020 season he was one of only a hand full of players on his team that completed the season injury free and I whole heartedly believe it's because Joe and Vinny worked in the off season to have him in the best shape and prepared. When COVID hit Vinny sent workouts for Joe and all of his clients to do at home and as soon as the gym could be opened safely Vinny limited class sizes and made use of the outdoor areas and followed county guidelines to perfection. If you have a school aged athlete and they aren't preparing in the off season and making use of the HUGE amount of knowledge and equipment you will find at APL you are missing out on a hidden gem here in Tracy.
