5/5 experience & this was my first time in here. I placed an order on weedmaps & picked up a few drinks on the way out. Not your father’s root beer is fire & I got 20% my first order. They also have a point reward system for you to earn cash back. I had a great experience from start to finish. The security man opened the door for me, I was then greeted and helped at the check in desk by a friend lady. Then after I registered a bald asian man assisted me with my order. I didn’t catch his name, but I think he represented the CA collective brand really well. I felt like customer service was great and they had a large selection of drinks. I also got thanked and said “bye” to as I walked out. I enjoyed the atmosphere from start to finish. Great job guys.

I went there about 5 months ago and my plants are almost ready to harvest, I purchased jumbo clones and look at them now! They have a great selection of clones, flower, and many other products. Ask for Estevan he will take care of you!

Return policy.Has a limit of two days. So if you buy multiple cartridges, you have to open all of them and test them to make sure they're good or else your burned on a faulty cartridge. Or just get one at a time. It does not seem customer friendly

CA Collective – Phelan (1 Star) CA Collective used to carry a respectable concentrate lineup. In the past, you could occasionally find brands like Apex — products that had broader market visibility and were even discussed across other state markets and enthusiast communities. Unfortunately, that side of their menu has largely disappeared. Today, the focus appears heavily centered on in-house flower and vape cartridges. Concentrates are minimal — typically limited to ABX (around $30), Raw Garden ($35–$40), and Almora Farms, which is often priced significantly higher than what you’ll find at other dispensaries in the area. For shoppers specifically looking for live rosin or a broader extract selection, the options are extremely limited. Pricing is where the biggest concern lies. Premium flower such as UpNorth listed at $75–$80 per eighth is difficult to justify in the current market. At that price point, it feels disconnected from standard San Jose pricing and edges into what many would consider excessive. Even the in-house flower, while convenient, lands closer to mid-tier quality at best. It almost creates the impression that pricing structure is designed to funnel customers toward in-house products rather than compete on broader brand selection or value. For out-of-town visitors unfamiliar with local pricing, this may not raise immediate red flags. However, for regular consumers who understand the current San Jose market, the value proposition is difficult to defend. If you’re looking for a more curated and competitively priced dispensary experience, Haze would be a stronger alternative nearby. At the moment, CA Collective feels out of step with the surrounding market — and until pricing and concentrate selection improve, it’s a hard recommendation
