The Hook Outlet - Watsonville

The people are great! I have been a few times and eveyone there has been awesome, helpful and make very good suggestions. I was there last night 2/26 right before they closed and guess what they were still amazing. I forget the gentleman's name that helped me but he definitely went over the top to make sure I got what I wanted and he had to work for it cause I had no idea what I really wanted lol. The Blonde Lady next to him has helped me a few times and she is Amazeballz too and very pretty. The selection is good and they have a variety of brands and way to consume. They have great selection on flower, pens, drinks, ect.

Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. They have great product knowledge and variety of brands and prices are good. it was a pleasure to stop and shop today. Special thank you to $tormi for your help🥳

This review is way overdue because I absolutely love, love, LOVE The Hook. Their selection is unreal — honestly one of the best around. There’s always a daily deal going on, so even if you’re shopping on a budget, you can still score top-shelf bud at a great price. Today I got a top shelf 1/8 for $28 I’ve checked out all the shops in the area, and this one hands down has the best variety and quality. But my favorite part of The Hook is the staff. They are truly what makes this place special. Alyssa and Starr aren’t just helpful — they’re genuinely kind-hearted, warm, and so easy to talk to. They always have the best recommendations, and because of them I’ve discovered so many new brands I absolutely love. I’m a budget shopper too, and they’ve put me onto amazing, affordable options that still hit just right. Denny is also super helpful every time I go in — honestly, everyone who works there is great. The vibe inside is always good energy — super welcoming, chill, and even pet-friendly, which I love. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend checking this place out. They’ve got everything: flower, pre-rolls, edibles, drinks, vapes — literally all the goods

ANGEL at The Hook Watsonville deserves a raise!!! this person was so nice and patient with me, even when i changed my mind a couple of times. they reccomend me to a product that is my absolute new favorite and i’ve shared with my family and friends. great employee and helped me find what i was looking for, and very knowledgeable! angel deserves a raise for sure!! all of the people that work there are always so nice and helpful, the hook watsonville is waaaay nice than capitolas! 👍👍👍

Dulce is always so helpful and today she put us on to some really awesome deals that were great additions to our usual order! Starr is also a great helper! Thank you all for everything 💞
